Comprising up to 25 wind turbines, with an installed capacity of approximately 175 MW, the wind element alone could potentially power up to 115,000 homes and save up to 171,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions per year. Solar photovoltaic panels and a battery energy storage system (BESS) are also being considered at the Energy Park, subject to the completion of further technical studies.
